Williams received her Masters in Education Media and Design Technology from Full Sail University and B.A. in Communications from Johnson C. Smith University. She is the Founder and Executive Director of NHP Academy in Gastonia, North Carolina. Through this organization,Karen has trained and developed over 120 youth in professional, technical, and interpersonal development skills. As a result, many have received jobs, internships, improved school grades, and pursued college careers.
